Let me start by saying that it is REALLY difficult to catch a shot of a tube going down the hill so fast!!! So, most of the pics are us just pulling our tubes.

Copper Mountain 2013 - skiing
We headed to Copper Mountain again this year for our Spring Break ski trip. Our drive up had a couple of tense moments, but at least the Dierkes waited up for us and let us follow them and their 4 wheel drive Raptor in case we had any trouble. They waited for us in Walmart where they got $9 boots and Paula got a $9 rain coat! Some others in our group were not so lucky with the weather....especially the Carrolls who actually got stopped by I70 shutting down and had to get a hotel for the night.
Resting after a full day of skiing...most of the girls and a few dads. Note Snowball got one whole couch, so 7 others had to crowd onto the other couch....

Now this was our first run with the whole family together!!!
In no time at all, she won't need daddy's help!

Sophie has a friend from school, Erin, whose family also headed to Copper for part of Spring Break. We got to hook up with them for a couple of days of skiing. Here they are waiting for Erin's dad who had to board back down the mountain to get Erin's ski that fell off while on the lift.
